Animation Proposal. I am developing an idea for an animation that looks at the stages of childrens drawings over time in parallel to a story. A the moment I am thinking that a narrator will tell a story that relates to growing up while the story is illustrated with images drawing by children increasing in age as the story unfolds. As research I am hoping to collect as many drawings by children aged 0 to 16 years to create a reference library for the animation. Can you help? For each drawing I will need a precise age i.e. 2 years and 3 months, as I will need to date order the images. Also I will need the childs name if they want to appear on the credits of the animation. For children who understand, I would like the images to be as realistic as possible, so no cartoon style pictures. Drawings of anything will be useful, but as the story is likely to revolve around a character, drawings of humans would be most helpful. Some idea of scale would also be useful, i.e. younger children may draw bigger and on bigger paper, so if you are scanning or sending a digital photo perhaps put a ruler in there somewhere. Children should not be woried about how good they think the picture is, it doesn't have to be their best or their favourite as I am trying to get a range of drawings that are true and not over worked, from all age groups and standards.
